My husband and I love to make jokes about Fan Pier Park because it is somehow always the "exposition" shot during New England Patriots games, even though it's about an hour's drive from Gillette Stadium where they play. For photography, though, it's no joke! It has so much to love -- leading lines galore, neutral walkways that reflect bright clean light back up onto subjects' faces, and views of either the Boston skyline or the Atlantic Ocean depending which direction you shoot. It's pretty hard to beat for a family session location (and is a favorite spot for surprise engagements, as well!). Throw in a super cute and wicked fun family (couldn't resist the Boston lingo...) and this was one of my favorite sessions of the year. Here are some of my favorite images from the shoot:
