There are so many things to love about doing an in-home session...


There are countless places you could take your family for photos, but there is something about having pictures in your own house that makes them that much more special. All your real interactions happen here, so everyone can be just that much more comfortable. In addition to capturing their little fingers and toes and noses at these exact ages (which fly by), you can capture what your kids rooms looked like, what toys they liked to play with, and where you all would hang out to watch movies or, in the case of this adorable family, have dance parties to the soundtrack of Frozen II.


I was so fortunate to get to catch up with Monique, and hang out with her beautiful family for the morning. Is there anything cuter than little girls in matching outfits? We were even lucky enough to get some snaps outside on one of the first days of spring! Bubbles for the WIN in keeping the girls' attention late into the session...
